We
left
Fisherman's
Landing
with
hopes
of
albacore.
Capt
Pat
gave
his
safety
speech
in
the
galley
while
the
crew
filled
the
boat
up
with
bait,
then
told
us
how
the
fishing
has
been
lately.
On
the
first
day
we
were
going
to
try
an
area
he
thought
may
have
some
albacore.
We woke up to terrific weather! We started the day off trolling for albies, and stopping at the kelps. Here is Dave with one of the day's first dorado.

Here's
Bill
with
the
last
dorado
of
the
trip.
We had a great time with Captain Pat Cavanaugh and crew. We caught BIG albacore, lots of yellows, and some dorado here and there. Add great weather to the mix and it was a terrific trip! SFR would like to thanks Capt Pat and crew for everything!
For 18 anglers we caught: 112 Albacore, 25 Dorado, 1 Yellowfin Tuna, and 56 Yellowtail

It
just
can't
get
any
better
than
this!
It
got
to
the
point
where
it
was
tag
you're
own
fish
because
every
hand
on
deck
was
responding
to
the
cries
of
"gaff
in
the
corner",
"gaff
on
the
bow",
"gaff
up
the
side"
The
Captain
and
crew
did
an
awesome
job
keeping
everything
together.
They
were
everywhere!

I
took
a
little
time
away
from
the
camera
every
once
in
awhile
to
get
in
a
cast
and
it
payed
off
big.
This
huge
dorado
was
so
aggresive
it
ate
a
live
bait
and
a
jig.
Sean
Starr
and
I
battle
this
big
fish
in
together
and
shared
a
good
laugh
when
we
saw
multiple
lines
coming
from
its
mouth.
Man
these
fish
are
eating
machines.

Jumping Dorado

Dorado
are
one
of
the
most
spectacular
gamefish
you
will
ever
catch.
These
things
go
ballistic
when
hooked.
You
should
of
heard
the
hoots
and
hollers
as
hooked
dorado
were
jumping
everywhere
around
the
boat.
These
things
light
up
like
a
christmas
tree
as
well.
Man
dorado
are
awesome
fish.
If
you
have
never
caught
a
dorado
get
on
the
Renegade
immediately,
you'll
never
forget
it
!!!!!!
